Prohuis is developing 4 hospitality locations directly on the A16 in Dordrecht at the new business park called “DistriPark” in Dordrecht. Each unit has its own outdoor terrace. The business park is a new unique, large, sustainable, logistics business park along the A16 near Dordrecht and covers 67 hectares of logistics land.
The business park will have its own entrance and exit on the A16 via both sides available. Its location directly at the junction of the Dordt Seaport, the ports of Antwerp, Rotterdam and Terminal Alblasserdam, thus guarantees good accessibility and fast road access.
DistriPark Dordrecht will be all-electric and natural gas-free. This makes 100% energy-neutral business realistic. There will also be a hydrogen facility point on the site, four wind turbines and a solar farm.
