Commissioned by the Municipality of Binnenmaas, the demolition of 16 existing homes, a playgroup and a soccer facility were carried out to make room for new plan development.
The work consisted of surveying the entire premises for the presence of asbestos-containing or asbestos-contaminated products or materials, preparing a program of requirements for the request for demolition bids, providing the bid process complete with solicitation and evaluation of the bids, supervising the demolition work, and performing the management throughout the project.
