Prohuis BV, in cooperation with Westpoint Beheer, has purchased approximately 4,000m2 of land on the “Bakenstein” industrial estate in Zwijndrecht. There will be a total of 2 business/office units of about 1,134m2 business hall each with about 160m2 office space and 20 parking spaces.
