The Julianastraat location is right next to the Puttershoek shopping center, between Eendrachtsweg and Wilhelminastraat.
The initiator of the Julianastraat project is the HW Wonen housing corporation. The houses were built around 1920. These no longer meet current residential requirements. HW Wonen therefore decided to demolish the homes on Julianastraat and put new construction in their place. Renovation is not feasible given the necessary interventions. The housing that will take its place is intended for different target groups and housing types: young people, families, seniors and a Gemiva assisted living project.
