PHASE 1 & 2 FULLY LEASED! 9 large newly built business units with offices on Florijnstraat 61 to 77 in the Cornelisland business park in Ridderkerk have already been rented.
Units 1 through 5 have already been delivered to various tenants.
Units 6 through 9 are still under construction and are expected to be delivered in March 2019 to their new user named PG Security Systems.
