Prohuis carried out the supervision of the conversion of an existing site into 8 new apartments on the Mathenesserlaan in Rotterdam. In this conversion, the dwellings were rebuilt and refurbished to meet current living requirements in terms of insulation and living comfort, among other things.
Prohuis is developing for 3e a total of 12 new-build apartments at 3e Pijnackerstraat in Rotterdam. The stock buildings will soon be demolished. The apartments will meet the most modern requirements for living comfort.
