The building at Midden-Brabantweg 3 in Waalwijk has been completed. In total, we realized 156m2 of office space, 1,090m2 of industrial space and 1,506m2 of outdoor area.
The property has been leased long-term to ReCover B.V. They manufacture and produce high-quality pool covers.
The keys were received by Janneke de Louw & Patricia Verboven. We wish them lots of good business from this beautiful new construction location.
