As of this week, both restaurants on Sportlaan in Spijkenisse are open. Bouwbedrijf Vrolijk BV constructed the shell, after which KFC and Burger King completed the finishing touches themselves. We wish both restaurants every success at this new location!

Nice development by Prohuis for Fresh2You in Barendrecht. The steel structure is almost complete, and next week they will start the roof sheeting. In total, we are developing approximately 5,000m2 of commercial space with approximately 866m2 of office space and 6 loading docks.

Prohuis is developing the new commercial building for Boskalis in Vlaardingen. The dredger is leaving Moerdijk and will move to Deltaweg 150 in Vlaardingen in mid-2019. The new building consists of 17,800m2 of commercial space, 1570m2 of offices and 17 loading docks.  

Prohuis, in cooperation with De Roon Architects, developed the plans for the construction of several houses for migrant workers in Dinteloord. The intended location is the land next to the sports park on Mill Creek. It involves the construction of 63 housing units for 250 migrant workers.
