Prohuis is busy preparing an iconic development along the A4 called Port of Bergen Op Zoom. The plan consists of a Van der Valk Hotel *4 with approximately 140 rooms, Energy HUB (fuel, charging stations, LNG, CNG and Hydrogen) for DCB Berkel, McDonald’s (600m2) and a KFC (400m2). The total development will provide 450 workplaces within the municipality of Bergen op Zoom.
