Commissioned by HW Wonen, 21 homes were built on the Groene Kruisstraat. The new construction replaced aging homes that were demolished in the summer of 2015.
The 21 row houses were built in three blocks. One block with 8 rental homes (nave size 4800), one block with 8 larger rental homes (nave size 5400) and one block with 5 owner-occupied homes. The homes come standard with underfloor heating and are traditionally built.
