L’endroit exact concerne Bagven Park, pr\u00e8s de l’aire de covoiturage entre l’A16 et l’A58 (pr\u00e8s d’IKEA). L’h\u00f4tel GR8 comptera 100 chambres et plusieurs halls et salles de r\u00e9union.
