Le projet comprend un h\u00f4tel Van der Valk *4 d&rsquo;environ 140 chambres, un HUB \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (carburant, stations de recharge, GNL, GNC et hydrog\u00e8ne) pour DCB Berkel, un McDonald&rsquo;s (600m2) et un KFC (400m2). L&rsquo;ensemble du projet permettra de cr\u00e9er 450 postes de travail dans la municipalit\u00e9 de Bergen op Zoom.
