Prohuis is developing and supervising the redevelopment on behalf of ASVZ at Doggersbank in Hoogvliet Rotterdam. At the site, ASVZ owns two buildings. A building with day care and paramedical functions and a building for residential functions. The newly built location accommodate 32 clients. In addition, there is a demand from the market for the realization of a health center (general practitioners, physiotherapists, pharmacy) at or near the healthcare site.<\/p>\n
The site is bordered on the west side by the subway line from Rotterdam to Spijkenisse and on the other side by a 1970s residential neighborhood. Right next to the location is the Zalmplaat subway station. On the other side of the subway line is a new campus area. North of this plan section is the Aveling, a main access road, with some larger-scale buildings and a strip of water adjacent to it.<\/p>\n
With the redevelopment of the Doggersbank site, the representation of the forecourt of the subway station will be improved and a better relationship can be established with the new campus site and the north side on Avelingen road will also have a better appearance.
