Stockholm B.V. – a collaboration between Prohuis Invest B.V., Westpoint Beheer B.V. and Wouda Vastgoed B.V. – is selling two new-build light industrial complexes in Nieuw-Vennep and Amstelveen to HighBrook Investors<\/a>, covering a total area of 10,880 square meters.<\/p>\n

The complex on Drachmeweg in Nieuw-Vennep is under construction and will be completed in the second half of this year. Construction on Keurmeesterstraat in Amstelveen will start in mid-May and be completed in the second quarter of 2022. The assets will be part of HighBrook’s CityLink urban logistics portfolio in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n
